The two biggest ones on Sylph:

Crazypluto / Threesixty (Kennif) : "Leader" of BlackRoses. Got his character with 4-5 level 75 jobs perma-banned for position and speed hacking (he posted screenshots of himself at the top of Behemoth's Domain).

Instead of learning a lesson from this, he goes out and buys an old friend's character, Kennif, who is 75 NIN/WAR with 100 Goldsmithing for a large amount of real life money. Kennif was a former member of KawaiiIchimi, which was one of the best NA LS on the server at the time in which this occured, and there was speculation that he tried to be Kennif and stole pop times from the LS (keyword = speculation).

He later renamed this character to Threesixty after people found out it was him. He's the main reason why some people call BlackRoses "HackRoses", although other people in BlackRoses have also been banned for hacking.

Another memorable situation was when Threesixty came NIN/BRD to Fafnir and stole hate via Mazurka and kited it around, killing several people.

There are some cool and skilled members in BlackRoses (Tekki, Vherc, Sachmo, etc.) but the whole Crazypluto / Kennif / Threesixty situation hurts their reputation tremendously.



Alicevirgin : A TW player who is hands down the biggest lootwhore on the server. He currently is the leader of ManaR. 75 PLD/BST/BRD/73RDM with 100 Goldsmithing. D. Ring, Full Kaiser, Excalibur, last stage Aegis for PLD; E.Body, Ridill for BST ONLY; A.Body for RDM/BRD. You name it, he has it. Vivian Ring, Sky gear, Algol (first to get in his LS), Hauteclaire, etc.

I can't remember where the thread is, but a JP player posted on some NA forums about the full history of the Alicevirgin account (maybe someone remembers?), including a name change his previous reputation was so bad.

Anyways, it's not that he's a terrible person in my experiences with him (minus the lootwhoring), it's just that given his exceptional gear on PLD that he's a terrible tank.

First off, despite his gear, he's one of those PLD that would rather tank in Jeuno gear (Jeweled Collar +1, Femina Subligar) than actual tanking gear. Secondly, his tanking skills are subpar at best. There's a joke about how BLMs have to take it easy when he's tanking because he "forgets how to provoke" and can't keep hate.


Honorable Mention : Airshort (banned for hacking, still trolls FFXI forums and plays as a new character), Playaplaya (overall jerk), Wolfrik (camped baby HNMs with RMT and "saw nothing wrong with it").

New Prospect : A guy by the name of Hatemachine. 70+ NIN. I partied with him and despite his name, he kept no hate at all. He also shouted the other day in Whitegate asking "how many hrs are in Jap day??" only to get flamed afterwards. He has potential.

Alicevirgin is chinese from what people are telling me and that ManaR is like only chinese people in ls (Just from what i heard from people in the ls) but yea he got that -7% damage sword(they went 1/2 on droprate) and has aegis ( At least i think he does) but prefers to tank things like khimera with excallibur on

And about hate machine i was taking hate really easily as cor and the pt was him some pld and they both didnt really know how to voke kept taking hits on pull when i was standing in front of them for like 5 minutes -_-

Whats strange about this whole rumored "rep" of Alice is that he still leads one of the most powerful LSs on the server. His LS has more relics then any other LS(Actually... now that I think about it, what other relics are out there on Sylph that do not have any ManaR interaction whatsoever? This includes loans, strategy and fragment retrieval for people), has the same dedicated members** and most people who actually interact with Alice talk about having a decent conversation or good experience with him. Even when it comes to me, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Alice, he even loaned me part of the final M silver pieces I needed for my Excalibur. (Btw shows another attribute; Even though I am NA, and I was the first NA with relic, he wanted to help me with that title. He didn't give me the attitude about my relic most would expect from an elitist JP)

** Its entertaining how people simply can't understand why an entire LS stays behind someone with such a "bad rep" Everyone bandwagons their opinion to any negative claim and takes it as their own. I can grantee you that 75% of the options on not just Alice., but my LS leader Threesixty/Crazypluto are based on experiences that are not their own. As a neutral player, I would challenge everyone to build opinions on personal experience. Sit back and actually try to figure out why Alice seems to "get everything" or why 68 active members still follow Threesixty. My point isn't to defend anyone. (And no I didn't agree with CP's last mpk event, and outright voiced my opinion over the matter. He listened, and agreed it wont happen again) My point is that way too many people bandwagon their opinion and need to take a step back and think why, despite their rep, these players are still around, and still lead very active LSs.

Another funny thing about where that alla Alice story comes from. It comes from a "TW/JP(I don’t remember which)" player who is notorious for being one of the most racist players on this server. Hes famous for his NA/English player bashing. For someone who is famous for bashing English speaking players, he seems to do a lot of interaction and playtime with NAs now. Its also pitiful that he takes the time to throw his racists comments onto a largely NA populated Alla board. His English is pretty good, he plays with English players (The new NegurA/KI squad)

If you want an award winner, it has to go to Airshort. Recently in the drop thread he posted a picture of dropping yet ANOTHER player's gear off an account he bought/stole/acquired. My response to his attention grabbing attempt:

Trying to suck up as much attention as possible by mpking RMTs at Serket hundreds of times
Ninja lotting an osode from a legit LS and losing any form of respect you might have had

Ultimely making everything youve ever done not matter by getting banned by SE
Got on other player's accounts, just to drop/steal things for more attention
Failed to relize that most people already understand that Im not a galka IRL by posting my RL pic online, after Ive already posted it before...
(oh wait Plow, who thinks he has a golden ticket into the HNM community forums with his lvl 75 WAR in barone panties account he bought thought it was hilarious too. So I guess that matters.)

He is/was an attention whore and the best at grabbing it. Even if it was 95% negative attention, he valued it like it was HNM title. Even if it meant stealing from entire groups of players or one player, as long as he got attention for it, he was happy. My personal experience with him was from just what I saw and heard. Everything that was in that quote box. I usually don't care about crap like that until I had a conversation with him, that he initiated.

I was leveling leathercrafting pre-ToAU to 100. I was on panther masks and had enough gil to burn Wyvern skins until 100. Unfortunately I came across the same problems other crafters had: Lack of supply on the AH. So to boost the desire for others to camp wyverns and bring the skins to the AH, and to clear out some completion so I can get to 100 without much interference, I did what any endgame greedmonger would do: Push the price up. It worked, I got to 100 in no time. Airshort sends me a tell (His craft was leather) and all I got from what he spued out in text was him complaining that I was driving prices of wyvern skins up. No shit Sherlock. He continued to harass me over it and I didn't try to dodge him. I told him exactly what I was doing and why I was doing it. Instead of coming to me with a conversation that showed any sign of maturity he decided his first impression should be that of a whiney 15 year old that resorts to insults he found in a Middle School insult guidebook.

I blisted him and this general immature attitude became more evident as that laundry list you see up their progressed over time. What was really cute was right before he stole a LS's Osode he was acting all buddy buddy with some of my LS mates. I don’t know what he was getting at but the general impression I was getting from other mates was he might be welcomed to our LS. I flat out refused to even entertain the thought and a few people couldn't understand why. Later he joins a sky LS and stopwatch lots an Osode from one of their members who deserved it.

Once again, 0 facts. It was not after the window, it was right at the window or a few seconds past. The person that got it was a fucking TARU WHM, you really think even with stoneskin on, that he would have time to run around and link them all, then run to fafnir (all the while getting stuck on the 100 people in the pit), and try to MPK?
