Well, on our server(pandy) there is a NA sky pact where every shell has set hours to farm freely w/o competition (unless JP show up) so there is the possibility of killing solo w/o others there.

You'll never find a empty ulli, Ulli basically doesn't count in the sky pact, any LS will screw any LS over while any mob turns yellow here.

I think that youll find that apart from the occasional misunderstanding such as seen in this thread, the majority of the shells in the pact respect the times of the majority of other shells the majority of the time - I know that people in Kupo get actively told not to go to Ulli camp outside of our time when it is suggested in linkshell chat.

I remember I was in a LS that was outside the pact and was dogged to join it till we finnaly did. The day we did our FIRST time farming in the pact we ended up camping against 4 NA shells and at least 8 JP shells at Ulli. It was fucking ridiculous and made me lose all hope in the so called pact. Oh it wasn't just ulli too we had a LS farming water and yelling at US to leave in our time slot.

Seems pretty obvious.
If:
1) your LS was party to the pact
2) it was not your time to farm
3) representatives from the shell whose time it WAS to farm are intending to kill the monster in any form (even if they wipe and are forced to regroup before a second attempt)

then you have no right to kill the mob.

It doesn't matter if the person could or could not have duo'd it. They could have just been calling reinforcements and messing with it in the meantime. Until you confirmed with them that they had completely abandoned the mob, it wasn't yours to kill.

1) yes we understand the pact better than many
2) From Ringly(he has SS's) the time of death was 3:34 EST - FBD States that they stop at 3AM, so there it becomes open.
3) Even if they did call for help, the are was checked, no one else was in sky, Ro Maeve, or zitah. So even with outposting warp, the earliest time a legit group of people would be able to get there i'd say is 4 AM, and thats very optimistic. Hell, he would have had to HP too if we didnt raise him.

I duo'd Ulli a long time ago as RDM/WAR with a BLM... It only took like 3hours and 45min <_<

2. I'm still sure Ulli died at around 2:30EST reguardless.
3. Cyanide was with me before Ulli even popped.
4. You guys asked to xp there since it was our time and we let you since we're not pricks.
5. The Ulli we killed that day during Kupo's time was 15minutes before our start time, Suiram had let me know they had already left and none were in sky anymore. (we're on good relations w/ kupo so please contact me suiram on this if you want)
6. I was d/ced for a max of maybe 2mins, as for the exact details of what happened when I d/ced, I can have cyanide post that.

Yes, I shouldn't have started this thread, it was late and I had people in DS saying that 2 blms could not duo and thus was their justification so I decided to see what the rest of the end-game community thought. When I said I couldn't solo yet, I meant that I haven't had a CHANCE to solo yet, I personlly believe I can.

As far as the Kara+FBD overcamp, I have alot of friends in Kara and I mentioned the incident to one and I had alot of them suddenly wanting to help and that's where that came from.

FBD follows the skypact strictly and I will tell you now, if the situation was reversed we would return the stone.
