Clarification I need:

• Hitsugaya can manipulate water molecules, as is elaborated upon in his fight with Halibel. He freezes any available water (drawing water vapor from the air if lacking an immediate liquid reservoir... like Halibel provided him) to make his ice.
• Rukia('s sword's reishi) can manipulate the molecular energy in any matter, including her own body's cells, thusly cooling them (and by extension her enemies) to temperatures potentially just above absolute zero, preventing parts of her enemies' bodies from normal function???

I.E., the kid can make water cold, but she can make molecules stop? If that's the case, her blade is way better than the his. If we ever see it, her bankai will be very strong.
