    Why not? They're all numeros who died there in Hueco Mundo, apparently Szayel kept their corpses to experiment on them, something Mayuri took over(you can see they're patched).

    Because 1: the silhouettes don't match any of them.
    2: Mayuri made a point in saying something a scientist would lock away in such an indestructible room would be subjects they worked hard to acquire. Why would two, normal, weak, dead, not-even-espada, hollows be anything special to Apollo?

    Could it be something related to how he brought them back to life? Yeah. Sure.
