Bleach through the Soul Society arc was just fine plot-wise.

Trying not to be overly pessimistic but... I really expected more.
Last chapter ended with something 'big' and now we got a 'nothing happens' chapter.
Gathering the captains and starting up this plan could have easily been done in a few pages.

And what the fuck are the captains supposed to do against Bach Co. anyways. This chapter actively made me angry.
Even worse: Kenpachi is out for good it seems, potentially til the end of the Manga.
