    I took the right arm bit more as a metaphor for "Right hand man" type deal and it was just poor translation... I guess I could see it as literal though...

    I thought it was metaphorical, but the more I looked at Mimihagi, the more his head actually looks like a fist, specifically a right handed fist. You can just about make out knuckles along the top and his neck is very wrist like.

    There are metaphors but when it comes to things like this it is pretty obvious it's literal.
