His friends that were even semi-aware of reiatsu and the like because of Ichigo, so a tiny bit better than normal people. And we still don't have confirmation that was anything close to Aizen's maximum output.

Mangareader might have rehosted (read: stolen) MangaStream's chapters, I'm not sure. Could also check Mangafox. Beyond those I'm not sure.

Inconsistent as fuck, but cool chapter. Aizen now stronger than FGT Ichigo? Guess it was needed to have him still relevant with all the other power-ups.

There's nothing inconsistent about it. He never said he couldn't control his spiritual pressure. People that get too close to strong spiritual pressures have always collapsed/feinted/died. He's also had more of his locks removed.

Kyoraku could be referencing his power before he went transcendent. I don't think he actually knows how powerful he was afterwards considering he was blown the fuck out.

Eyezen wasn't too far off of Post-Dangai Ichigo (he managed to burn his arm somewhat), so I could see him being as strong as him now (though still far from Mugetsu).
