    It's been so long that I may have forgotten, but was it not said at some point during the Arrancar arc that their Resurrections were permanent? You can get around Nel's by saying her reversion to a child undid it, but I don't think Grimmjow or Haribel have an explanation for how they turned back.

    It was also said during the same arc that the numbers start from both 1 to 10 AND 0 to 9. I'll just shrug and brush it under the rug to assume it's a device to keep Nel in her stronger Adult form.

    Removing a mask is permanent. Resurrecion is always temporary.
