lol pretty much. What's the point of expanding the world? You want the Bleach crew to fight the same people around elephants in India or kangaroos in Australia. Nothing been mentioned outside of K. Town because it's simply not remotely relevant. Baddies came to K.Town so it's important and why not give it a reason to be important then. . . K.Town became irrelevant so it's not mentioned anymore.

If anything needs to be expanded, why not expand Soul Society to include more places to cover the fast amount of Soul Villages it's said to have.

The flashbacks made it clear Bach only showed up to conquer shit relatively recently. Bazz and Haschwald are Quincies, therefore human and obviously not able to live hundreds of years. Not hard to believe the flashback takes place nine years ago when Bach supposedly woke up.

Except that the eyepatch dude that Yhwach talked to was one of the Quincies that Yamamoto killed in the war 1000 years ago (he was one of the fire zombies), so there's zero chance that this is less than 1000 years ago.

Plus, Bazz says that Yhwach is 200 years old, which is much, much younger than he currently is. There's tons of possible explanations for Bazz and Hasch living this long; they could be dead and in spirit bodies, living in the shadow realm could impair aging, Yhwach might be able to gift his followers with immunity to aging, etc.

No, it's someone from way back. Yama didn't start wrecking anyone until that very moment. He killed no one, even then so it had to have been from the previous war.

Literally the only Quincy Yamamoto killed in the current war before fighting Royd!Yhwach was the Overkill Quincy (I forget his name). Eyepatch Quincy and everyone else he taunted Royd!Yhwach with were from the war 1000 years ago.

It's too late for Kubo to expand the world, yes. Functionally, we didn't really "need" 13 squads, a captain, vice-captain, and the occasional important subordinate. If the world scope were wider, those personalities could've been spread out with reasons for Ichigo and co. to go to them or vice versa. Shit, we might even still have the anime even if in filler-mode were this route taken. Then again, I can't trust Kubo to not be overtly racist and super stereotypical.

I think it was implying every 10 years (or so) a quincy is born without the power to do Quincy things like make arrows and such. I thought that was the context of the panel, and we'll probably find out soon why its been 100 years since the last.
