The art has always been pretty great in Bleach.....he just needs someone else writing his story.

I finally caught up.... what in the fuck is this
Best not to question it. There's five underwhelming chapters to go.
I'm happy it's finally gunna be done. The nightmare will be over. God. Been reading this shit since high school
Speculation that he's being cut short for dragging it on too long without any real development.
I'd be interested to see how true it is, considering he literally took a dump on this arc the second they reached the soul king palace.
It's been said by us that the overall story would have been better as a monthly and I'd agree with that before this arc.
I don't mind it ending but I'd appreciate a much more fleshed out ending.

Yeah we've definitely had this discussion. Kubo's writing greatly suffers from pacing as well.
He introduced a ton of plot points and is surely not going to deliver on all of them. Perhaps not on many of them at all.
I can recall the majority of the plot all the way from the start of the manga up until this arc, and then I completely lose all concept of what's going on.
I have absolutely no fucking clue how we got to where we are now from the start of the arc.
I wouldn't be surprised if he was kindly asked to get out at all. It's one of the lowest rated manga in Jump and sales are abysmal.
Bleach is still selling fairly well, actually. It's not the blockbuster it used to be, but it's still one of Shonen Jump's moneymakers; it's currently selling 7th or so out of their 22ish currently running series.
Which means it's doing not so well.
I wouldn't mind seeing this last arc on television if possible, I just wish the progression towards the finish was done better..
Because it's clear it's not going anywhere.
Gonna be full Kubo if they just mean the end of this arc is happening.
If manga ends in 5 chapters I'm really disappointed. How can you possibly wrap everything up in 5 chapters in which a page each will be dedicated to random ink stains and giant titles.
Bach dies, time rewinds as if nothing happened.
Then we return to the status quo where spirits don't exist and Ichigo lives a 'normal' life and no freaky shit happens the end.
Idk if it's this chapter's spoilers or what's left of the series. Not sure if it's true or fake also
Spoiler: show
It says a lot that even if that's fake, it sounds like so stupid that I could see Kubo doing it.
