Momo and Hitsugaya grew up together, Rangiku grew up in the outer slums and/or wastelands (my memory of those early episodes is a little fuzzy) with Gin and possibly someone else. Speaking of which, there's an unresolved plotline in there that we're still waiting for Kubo to try to use somehow.

I was commenting about Stark being lazy as in he's powerful and wants to hold back because it's just not in his nature to fight at full power... since Barragan is acting arrogant I'd say he's stronger than Halibel but weaker than Stark.

I like to watch the anime just for the fights so I sometimes watch the raw when its up. Nel is my new favorite character. She was badass in the manga but this makes her zomgwtf cool. They definitely need to keep her in the bleach series.

Seeing as grimand nel are still alive I believe they will show up later and I don't think nel will fight for aizen and grim will probably follow ichigo. Only problem is I think if aizen dies they all get turned back into hollows. Which will make me sad if they turn good

Why would they turn back into Hollows? Arrancar have their masks removed... that's like saying if Urahara dies then Ichigo will just become human again.

I thought Aizen made them into Arrancar and if he died the power he gave them would disappear but of course it's just speculation. No way they would allow grim nel or even the vizards live after this is over. Its probably a law in the Soul society that no soul reaper is allowed to have hollow powers.

Btw whats the difference between an Arrancar and a esparda ? I know they said it but I can't remember atm.

Arrancar is what a hollow becomes after Aizen uses the Hogyuku on them. Espada are the 10 strongest Arrancar.

close. Arrancar are simply Hollow's who have had their masks removed and gained shinigami powers. Aizen has created Arrancar, but there were arrancar before that supposedly.
and yeah Espada is just the name of the special little group consisting of the top 10 arrancar.
