Anime was good this week. Byakuya completely humiliating an Espada is great.

I can't wait til they actually get to finishing Kenpachi's fight, I assume they will be showing Mayuri's next week though, since Kenpachi's is the most interesting. I can't remember if that is how it went in the manga.

Kenpachi's was the last fight. They showed a few scenes from it in between Byakuya and Mayuri's fights... but the main fight they didn't show until the end... and then right afterwards, the pendulum arc started after the grand reveal of the Captains defending Karakura.

in the pendulum arc though, I believe he didn't look like that though. had little earmuff things, and just a zoro like mask around his eyes. no other make-up
If Ichigo is seen as an enemy by the gotei13 in that movie, odds are urahara is too. he may be imprisoned for that reason.
