I really doubt it's a wolf. That'd be too similar to Grimmjow's Pantera, imo. I'm not really calling anything, I just hope it's as epic as when Ichigo fought w/ Grimmjow

too similar? ones a feline ones a canine. they are nothing alike. plus grimmjaw and Ulqiorra really dont get along, so it would even fit in with cats and dogs.

It's as I feared, when they took down the episode title listing on the wiki page when the "100 Years ago" ep was up, it appears they're not doing the Pendulum arc yet after all, or at the least, I have no idea what the last episode title could be referring to.

@204 ichigo tries to persuade all the stupid useless and annoying characters to commit suicide? looks like filler, and it'll probably be alot of it cause the anime would catch up in like 15 episodes if they stretched everything they could...

203 will probably end with stark taking orohime and then them showing aizen and co in korokukokokoruko town, cause thats when the pendulum arc started.

Same studio does Naruto, and they didn't animate the Kakashi Gaiden backstory either.

Which is dumb, since Kakashi Gaiden and Pendulum have a ton of stuff you wouldn't know if you don't read the manga.

yeah. But pretty sure they have animated the pendulum arc and are just delaying it.

It may be a flashback but its a pretty big part of the story.. Who the Vaizards were, how they bacame Vaizards, the Houkyokou (spelling orz) how Urahara was exiled etc etc
The Kakashi Gaiden was good for getting background for the characters and him getting his Sharingan, but aside from that it wasn't really important to the plot. (i still hope they will animate it some time though D: )

yeah... never understood why naruto has done about 2years worth of filler, and stretch out things so much, but they wouldnt animate a whole arc, albeit a small arc, that was in the manga.

The sad thing is, they're where the manga was a year ago, but considering how many actual pages of the manga have been "HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" and "Your kung fu is weak," "no u," even if they stretch it as far as we KNOW they're willing to stretch it, it'd take maybe 15 episodes at most to get through the entire year. So... I'm expecting a bounto-sized filler arc incoming any time now. Probably FOLLOWED by pendulum.

I still wish they'd just do some AU shit so we could have some interesting stories with these characters, where there could be some threat of death or permanent change. Ah well. At least the manga's starting to crawl along at a stunning pace once again.

Seems like Crunchyroll made a good choice by not picking this up to sub it. I am done with the anime, tired of this crap. I will just be reading the manga from now, and probably dropping that in a few weeks if it doesn't actually progress the story.
