It has already been stated that the Vaizards will come in at the right moment and not a moment later, or something like that. My thoughts:

I doubt the Vaizards will come in this arc, I think they will come into the next Arc where Aizen goes into SS. The main war will still be in Winter, if everything goes to plan. Hopefully Uraraha and others will get the rested captains back into the war.

How many Vaizards are there again? I seriously don't think they will fight Tousen/Gin/Aizen in this mini battle. I think the remaining captains who aren't fighting will be against them. Yama/Wolf/Old captain who is fighting Stark's inferior.

Ichigo and company will return back to Karakura Town destroyed and then have to head to SS to battle against Aizen but he creates the King's Key and travels to the other dimension where the Vaizards will come into play more.

Once they travel to where the King is the Zero Division might see these new intruders are bad guys, even though they aren't and battle against the Vaizards/Ichigo. They finally get to one battle and one of the Zero Division is Ichigo's Dad. They take Ichigo under their arms and train him to battle against Aizen and Vasto Lorde's or something, etc.,

A lot of this is rambling on but it could happen! Or something like that

Bleach 344: The Pride Continues from the last chapter, the bomb Ishida used breaks all the floors of the tower. However, Yammy manages to hold on to the ground by his left hand. Ishida asks if he’s Yammy who Szayel'd talked about. Yammy snaps back what if he is. Ishida says he’s just feeling a little sorry for Yammy because had he (Ishida) not appeared, Yammy would be able to play a little longer. Then Ishida aims his arrow on the ground Yammy is holding onto. The ground breaks and he falls screaming all the way down.

“Mala Suerte…how sad.” Says Ishida while listen to Yammy’s scream, “On my way here I have destroyed all the pillars of each floor. So you must be falling down till the basement.” Ishida turns to meet Ichigo who iis still at daze upon seeing him, “Ishida?” “What? Why are you asking question while still in the middle of the fight? Aren’t you reckless here?” Ishida snaps at Ichigo, “ I was healed by Kurotsuchi Mayuri and arrived late because we had to heal Abarai first. That bomb I got from Kurotsuchi will catch the intruder's reiatsu once the arrancars are under radar. That’s why I placed it at the ground floor and lured him to fall for a trap."

“Anymore questions?” Asks Ishida and upon hearing that Ichigo smiles, “I wasn’t going to ask you anything you just told me the whole story all by yourself. You’re as annoying as ever.” He then turns back to face Ulquiorra, “Take care of Inoue. If her shield cannot block my reiatsu, I will leave it to you to protect her.”

“I will protect her even if you didn’t ask me to.” Says Ishida. After hearing Ishida’s words, Ichigo looks at a calmed Ulquiorra and lifts his left hand up to his face preparing to pull out a hollow mask, “Sorry to keep you waiting, Ulquiorra. But this is the hollow that you wanted to see!” Black reiatsu swirls around Ichigo and is so powerful that everyone around there could sense it.

After turning into a viazard, Ichigo dashes to Ulquiorra and their swords clash. However, this time Ulquiorra’s sword cracks a little. He turns around and once Ichigo follows Ulquiorra shots a cero at him. Ichigo simply uses his sword to block it and it disappears without leaving a scratch. Upon seeing what Ichigo just did, Ulquiorra runs pass Ichigo going higher. Ichigo chases after him until he reaches the top of Las Noches. Ichigo turns around and see Ulquiorra standing at the one of the three pillars with a crescent moon being his background. Ulquiorra tells Ichigo the top four espadas are forbidden to release their zanpakutou inside the dome.

Note: The word that's used in the spoiler is basically means "imprison". Since I don't know which one is more appropriate, I will go with lock here.

tl;dr: Bullshit storytelling.

Looks like Ulq is definitely a wolf. Under the moon and such. The top 4 using their thing inside the dome is weird, i mean, why not top 3? Maybe the gap from 3-4 isn't that big, and the gap from 4-5+ is larger.

I think the change in the mask may reflect his strength if his hollow powers are getting stronger...or maybe it was just drawn that way for emphasis...

This is the first time he has fought Ulq at full power. He was drained/weakened/not in Hollow before. And Ulq has even stated Ichigo has more spiritual power than him.

yeah, I know hating Bleach is the popular thing atm, but some of you are hating on it just a little too hard.
I didn't think it was that bad of a chapter.
the only thing I dont like about Ichigo is how he was so strong at the end of Soul Society arc, but ever since then every single fight he was gimped somehow. and each fight he gets over one thing and gains alittle bit of his strength back, but in the next fight after he still has something holding him back, which he will get over during that fight so he can win.
hopefully he's ready to go for this fight now, which it looks like he is. also considering Ulqiuorra is probably going to be the Byakuya of the Hueco Mundo arc, in terms of it'll probably be his last actual fight, and his strongest opponent.

Yeah, you're right. It's just for a dude to have a hollow and whatnot, he sure seems fucking weak compared to the Vaizards.

It's not so much that. When Ulq was speaking of Ichigo's power it was before Ichigo fought with his Hollow. When Ichigo met Ulq for the first time he was attempting to suppress his Hollow powers and this led his power levels to move up and down a bunch.

I totally agree, it seems contradictory to complain about him being to weak after SS then to strong @ the Grimmjow fight. Personally I think Ichigo just got back his full strength that he was at in SS at the Grimmjow fight. I think it is proven by Kenpachi beating Nnoitra when his only powerup was "trying" to fight with his sword after fighting Ichigo and using some actual training instead of winging it.

I'm not saying that the story couldn't use improvement or that the meaningless fights of throwaway characters isn't boring, it's just as Souj said, some people are hating on it a little more then it deserves.

When he fought byakuya he was fighting him at his fullest. Full out assault on him no holding back. During the fight byakuya told him that his body couldn't handle the full power of his bankai and that it crushed his bones. Ever since then it's under the assumption he is not going full out to avoid what happened between him and byakuya.

More research prz less whining.

Falling back on an assumption that occurred ~150 episodes to justify his current abilities isn't research. It might have had merit before the series degenerated into a rambling incoherent mess :/
