Wasn't it stated that Aizen is still looking for the VLs?
I assume that the VLs are in the King's Dimension.

why would VLs, the strongest of all hollows be in the same place the king of soul society was hiding out in?
this "king in another dimension" is pretty stupid. what's the point of having a king who doesnt have any connection to the place he's supposed to be a king over, while a council of a bunch of dipshits make (made) all the decisions for soul society?
made me laugh pretty good.Orihime stares up and calls out, “Kurosaki kun….!”
On the other hand, the King could've somehow isolated all VLs in that dimension and is there fighting them. We're still running on too little info, but it is kind of silly to have a ruler that's never seen nor apparently acts.... kind of like a certain real world deity, come to think of it.

“Don’t shaken up. Don’t relax nor lose concentration even for a second.” Then they stare at each other for a while before Ulquiorra suddenly appears in front of Ichigo and calls out something like a light sword aiming at Ichigo’s neck. But Ichigo is fast enough to use Getsuga Tenshou to counterattack Ulquiorra’s attack. Ichigo falls down and the part of his hollow mask broke.
judging by this there's no way ichi has a chance of winning if his mask is already starting to break, its probably gonna be like the first few battles with grimm-boy...
Oh my god ulquiorra's batman!!!
agreed with the above. ichigo won't win but something will stop ulquiorra from killing him like he has to go or something.
He's more like Man-Bat than Batman
The King's Dimension doesn't have be like a castle.
It could easily be another place like SS where there is a vast amount of land where people are.
After seeing Ulq's release it is somewhat pathetic. It would be alright if he still didn't have on that dress.
I hope to god that Stark's makes up for this monstrosity.
Also, for the people who read the Ichigo's Mask Evolution take a look at this picture in the upcoming chapter:
Spoiler: show
It was such an amazingly busy chapter I just don't know where to begin!
Getting tired of reading this shit, like the first few pages were nothing but filler and the dude just couldn't think up anything to fill the chapters so he made reveiling Ulq's release like 4 pages long.
anyone else only seeing pillars this chapter or just me!
I'm starting to get the feeling that I might have to stop reading Bleach for a while if they want to keep dragging this crap out. The progression in general feels like it's at a turtle's pace.
The sad thing is I never liked Naruto and I think it's in much better of a position compared to Bleach at the moment.
Although it was very anti-climatic, I compared this transformation to that of Ichigo's change into Bankai. Very little change but huge difference in power. Also the idea behind the bat. The only logic I personally see in it is that no 2 Espada have a similar released appearance. A wolf would in some way/shape/form would resemble Grim's Panther. *speaking of ol' grimmy: I'm sure he'll get up all wounded like and come to Ichigo's rescue for his equal distaste for Bat-Ulq*
That at least how I see it. I'd really like to go back to K Town with the captains though. I'm looking forward to the fight with #1 and Shunsui. He's directly on attach Chad and drew his katana out on The Captain Commander.
Ohh god, I'm starting to hate this "DIS MAH TRU POWAH!" shit. Ichigo will get his ass kicked, Unohana will interfere and fight Ulq. She will wound him while Ichigo heals up and realize he's fighting for his friends, then inflict the final blow on Ulq then switch back to Rukia's fight then back to the Captains.
VL's are supposed to be the least hollow like and I guess change the least in their release.
Ulq only grew batwings, he is the most human looking we've seen yet. VL is possible. I didn't mind the chapter much, it was a little slow but I am looking forward to seeing Ulq's real power since it hints at the other of the top 3.
People bitch about Ichigo getting powerups, but I think he's needed one for a while and deserves one. One that has some explination or evolution or fight with Zangetsu/inner hollow involved. I want to see his Hollow take over, or for him to evolve into something beyond Vaizard that could be mentioned as the first shinigami to attain such a level. Kinda like the Goku path. What he is now, already exists. I want to see him turn into a hollow and have some control, or able to turn back, or turn into something that not even the commander knows of existing. Preferably something evil, like him going full hollow, or something entirely different. I like the evil eyes when he looks at Orihime and then looks away cause he seems slightly ashamed cause shes afraid of him, I want more of that. Ichigo's inner hollow splitting from him and joining Aizen would be fun lols.
I'm going to be very disappointed if Ichigo doesn't learn any new tricks soon. Seeing him fight with his Hollow Mask was cool, but now it's pretty wornout. At least learn to shoot a Cero or something.
I too would like to see him use a cero like Shinji
and I thought "The Sloth" might have suited Stark more than this guy :V
Seeing as how he's lazy and reluctant to do anything
I never really liked the idea of Ichigo being able to turn into a complete hollow and have control since during his "defeating of inner hollow" we were shown how out of control he was, and we were told early on during Urahara's training, that if he were go go full hollow, he'd have no control (at which point Urahara said he'd kill him if he didn't regain his Shinigami powers).
/random predictions
We get another "inner battle" after Ichigo gets his ass handed to him by Ulq and becomes completely drained spiritually. During this inner battle, Ichigo actually loses to his darker half. The so called "horse and king" switch places as he threatened to do should Ichigo ever give him the chance. At this point the "wreckless hollow version" of Ichigo emerges (the one who fought Byakuya momentarily, not what he saw while the Vizards were trying to contain Ichigo's transformation) and this would be what defeats Ulq. Ichigo could then reclaim his body somehow after, maybe with Unahona's help.
After this, they could actually go down the path later where during Ichigo's next big fight (whether it's against Aizen or whoever), Shinigami Ichigo realizes he needs Hollow Ichigo's power and but still have Shinigami Ichigo's control, we get a final "inner battle" where they decide to team up (fu-sion-ha?) or work together, or something and thus whatever emerges is his "final form" or "final power up" or...whatever.
