    Most Arrancar trade their high speed regeneration for pure strength. As shown with Ulq above, notice how quickly he regenerates?

    So basically the whole HM Arc and Fake Kakuro Town is took his arm to possibly get back to 100%

    Basically relying on full strength compared to regeneration, which gives me no surprise why he could be the strongest of all the Espada. Hell Nnoitra who is a hell of a strong competitor, held up against Kenpachi, had pretty quick regeneration.

    On top of that the author has already foreshadowed how strong Yammy is, even though we only thought it was about the Arrancar as a whole.

    You're giving him way too much credit. Kubo didn't plan Yammy out that far ahead, although I agree with your logic Serif.

    I could stomach that Yammy is stronger simply because he traded strength for any regeneration, but then his rank as 10 still would not make any sense.

    His rank is 10 unreleased, I think that was made pretty clear by an earlier post?

    The regeneration for power trade off makes no sense though. Grimmjaw also couldn't regenerate and he wasn't insanely powerful. There is obviously some explaining we're missing.

    His rank being different released doesn't make much sense either. If that's the case, other espada would have multiple rank as well, unless every other released espada is weaker than the one above them while sealed.

    Vasto Lorde's are not appearing until this arc is over with.

    They have introduced way too many people over the course of this arc to further expand upon it.

    Well they might appear right as this arc ends to segway into the next.

    More than likely the Zero Guard and VL will show up at the same time.

    You're probably right, sadly. Halibel wasn't even released and she was already destroying his bankai. There's no way in hell he should be able to do anything to her after she releases.

    Don't forget, Komamaru was one shotted by Aizen. I doubt he can do all that much.
