How does that change the fact that you have been coming up in this thread without fail every single week and have been Sutraing(new word, Neosutra level QQing) it up every chance you get?

I'm one of the first people to spot bullshit too. However, considering Kubo has always made people stronger than they appear to be since day one, and coupled with the fact that each Espada has had something special about him/her (I guess the only exception is Grimmjow?), is it so hard to believe? Really?

Bleach has been down since Kenpachi bulled that BS OHKO move on Nnoritora, I know. But the majority of you are just nitpicking at this point because it's the cool thing to do.

So, Hitsugaya was getting owned and Halbiel didn't release yet... But did anyone notice that it looked like a wave a water behind her? That makes her susceptible to him, since wherever there is water (ie atmosphere) he can turn it to ice... guess we'll see.

I personally want to see the fight on earth because it'll give us an idea of how powerful yammy is. As mentioned before, the comment he made about "we" not regenerating like "your" eyes do to ulq... want more explanation.

I more or less meant Ulquiorra's attitude towards Yammy. Ulq wouldn't do that if Yammy was a potentially higher rank then him, unless of course Yammy kept the whole "0" status a secret. Which is still retarded but I guess it's in line with typical shonen fashion.

Yammi said he had been storing up spirit energy for a long time in order to release it all at once. His released number might be related to the amount of energy he's stored. It could also explain why Ulq said he's not strong enough at his level early on, since he hadn't stored any energy yet.

Every week without fail...really!? You should look up posts and their dates before you make up such statements out of your ass. Bleach has been on the downturn since the Pendulum arc, this is no secret. What exactly is it you want people to post?

- Jump for joy at fights with characters people care little about?
- Joke about Ichigo coming back to life with his new demon power, long hair and all a la Yu Yu Hakusho, only to watch it pathetically come to reality?
- Claim what an incredible plot twist the weakest Espada is now suddenly the strongest, disregarding all logic established in the current canon of the story?

Shunsui vs Stark is one of the few enjoyable aspects left at the moment.

edit: No, expecting something different from the storyteller time and time again and then being pissed off about it is silly imo. Naruto is no different. Naruto(the character) has been doing the same shit for years and people are going FUCK YEAH NARUTO. Ichigo has been too, and all you hear are crickets in the background. One of the differences between it and Bleach now is that Kishimoto hyped up Pein to an insane degree, all hype deserved. Kubo did no such thing with Ulquorria, and had the hype switched between the two characters it would be really easy to see who is hating on this for a legitimate reason or not.

I still enjoy reading Bleach. Is it slow right now? Yeah, but what manga isn't? I hate the filler Kubo is just tossing in chapters to drag shit out more than you can ever possibly comprehend. I personally am looking forward to Aizen crushing Soul Society right where they stand, the Vaizards and their role in all of this (I really like the concept behind that group), Isshin, Uryu's father godhelpmeIcan'tthinkofhisname, and the eventual final battle between Aizen and Ichigo which will take place inside the King's Dimension, cause honestly I don't see anyone as more of a threat that Aizen.

Honestly I can't tell if your saying you're looking forward to Stark vs Shushin is an attempt to safe face or not.

I applaud your post, and approve completely of it. I agree that people are way too fast to /bandwagon on the Bleach hating. I stopped reading Naruto a very long time ago, but from what I remember early on, and it probably still happens, how many times does the Fox Demon or whatever come out and save Naruto's ass as he's getting wupped or about to die. I remember a decent amount of times, and now there are hundreds of more chapters. because Naruto does it, it's okay? But for another character it isn't?

It's Ukitake's release I'm betting. He likes Hitsugaya, and while I think he's ormally above the sneak attack, he would certainly pull one to protect a fellow captain.

Did I ever say "Wow these past 3 or 4 chapters of Bleach have been spectacular!!!" ? I think they are mediocre at best. Every manga has it's meh chapters. There have even been times in stuff like FMA or even the last few chapters of Berserk (Which I can't believe I am saying) and the like where I lost interest for a number of pages. It's far worse for something like that, because it's once a month or longer.

There is a huge difference between objectively criticizing and bitching though. There's a fair amount of both going on. You don't like it, fine we get it. That's no reason to post week after week saying you're going to give it up altogether or whatever else people are saying. It floods the thread with useless posts. Offer some input, positive or negative and move on.

I agree that the whole thing with Yammy (Yami, Yammi, however you spell it) is pretty dumb, and a lackluster "reveal."

Again I'll say this, Bleach is not being marketed towards you, or probably most people on this forum. It's marketed to 12-14 something teens in Japan. I know the demographic reaches out a lot further than just that, but I really think people expect entirely too much from these kind of things. Anyway, I digress...

Now I'm wondering why I just sat here for 5 minutes debating something on the internet when I could be doing something more constructive.
