@ about the sword: remember rukia's zanpakuto uses her released form, so it's possible muramasa is using his released sword, and we've just never seen this person's shikai.

did a little digging about the word muramasa, wiki says this:

It has also been told that once drawn, a Muramasa blade has to draw blood before it can be returned to its scabbard, even to the point of forcing its wielder to wound himself or commit suicide.[3] Thus, it is thought of as a demonic cursed blade that creates bloodlust in those who wield it.

Well, I just caught up on the last 3 episodes of filler, and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. It's actually kinda... good!

So, judging from what happened in the Anime, Zangetsu was holding back Shirosaki?

That's the only change in the episode to bring back his return...

And on an unrelated note: Is anyone else annoyed with the fact that Zangetsu only had one arm for like 80% of his screen time?

yeah... I was going to post and ask if Zangetsu always only had 1 arm.
I can only assume Zangetsu left a piece of himself(the hollow side) inside Ichigo.
as for zangetsu holding back the hollow, when Ichigo has dominion over the hollow, Ichigo is in control. when the Hollow is dominant, Ichigo has to try and not get overtaken by the hollow and transorm like he has the few times he has. So, I assume with no zangetsu in Ichigo, that automatically puts Hollow Ichigo in the reigns of his spirit power.

And Scythiroth, atm the anime is 100times more interesting than the lame manga story atm.

Totally didn't see full hollow Ichigo coming... But aren't they just repeating the scenes from a different angle? That big mouth worm + cero right after, exactly like when he was w/ the vizards.

yeah, that's true. I guess I just had high hopes for Barragan. although his ability was kinda OP so it is pretty lulzy the way he goes.

A good streaming site IMO is Watch Anime Online for Free - Anime Episodes, Anime Shows, and Anime Movies all for Free . They use Veoh uploads among others and is usually pretty good quality, and the site updates frequently w/ other animes.
