Renji releases his sword without zabimaru "in him", ichigo protects his hollow. pretty good stuff. I'm actually enjoying this filler alot more than the main storyline lol.

Yeah I agree 100% I think the last episode in Bleach I really enjoyed was the Ichigo Grimmjow fight back in HM. There was other good stuff after, but this filler thus far has provided me with a lot more entertainment than the main arc. I wonder what JP's think about this filler.

Seeing Renji "take back" his Zabimaru was great. And seeing Shirosaki (where did that name come from anyways? I don't remember that being said unless it was a while ago and I forgot) fighting Muramasa was awesome.

Shirosaki was awesome until that invisible crap tied him down... the animation in the sequence where he was flinging Zangetsu around was awesome... dunno what's gonna happen next but I already don't want the filler to end. Seems like it's going to be rather short.

58 episodes for the filler, so pretty damn long, though it seems like they're reaching a resolution in the plot already.

Look at the faces for basically the entire episode. Terrible. I don't usually critique the animation, but god, it was horrible.

Love and Rose get eager after seeing Hacchi defeat Barragan.
Rose is spacing out.
Love wants to end the battle quickly, believing that Starrk will go all out now that his friend is dead for revenge.
Rose argues that he doesn't even seem like he is the type to seek vengeance.
Love replies that you can't tell on the surface, and that they need to decide this battle on the first hit.

"Smash, Tengumaru". Love uses his shikai and gets ready to fight. He taunts Stark saying that his movements are getting clumsy and asks if he is shaken up. Love's shikai looks like a warp cudgel (from their description).

Starrk pauses for a moment and speaks with Lilinette. She's upset that he's not fighting at full strength and he replies that he doesn't want to fight anymore; that Aizen doesn't even want to help them win so there's no point in watching anymore friends die. Lilinette gets angry and shouts that Aizen made him Primera for a reason and that he needs to start believing in his own power. She then says that if Starrk hates that Barragan died so much then he needs to avenge him and prove it. Starrk agrees.

Love uses his mask and one of his shikai moves on Starrk (guy says "Fire-breathing Hammer") and the buildings around them turn to rubble. Starrk is gone, but Rose points out to Love that he is above them.

They both look up, and Starrk is looking down accompanied by a huge pack of wolves.

Well, at least Starrk had a slight moment of 'Fuck you Aizen I ain't dying for this shit'. He doesn't want to help Aizen anymore but Lilinette tells him to fight anyway... Starrk is my favorite Espada... he better actually hurt some people if he's going to die.

Starrk shouldn't die. He's the type of dude you'd wanna get drunk with at the bar. Mellow assed dude with a sense of humor before he's drunk. Crazy unexpected-always keeping you entertained-with little interest in pullin chicks while he's out with you-just wanting to have a good time dude, the next.
