pumpkin ballerina didnt get flashback. dont think Ulquiorra didnt either. AA didnt, but he talked about his origins.
as for time lines, we only get 1 chapter a week. of course its gonna take longer for the chapters to come out than the stuff they actually do. I doubt it's even been half a day since they entered HM.
and it's not the bleach universe time that's making it take forever. it's Kubo and his thousands of useless pages filled with useless panels, and one panel pages of uselessness.

Honestly all I would like is an explanation for Ichigo's power-ups. Atleast with Naruto, him getting stronger is explained indirectly due to his personality, his goals and his 1 year training arcs. I don't even care if it makes sense or not. He goes from only being able to hold his hollow powers for 11 seconds to holding it as long as he wants to being able to summon his Lvl2 SSJ mask? That's like if Goku went from SSJ to SSJ3 during the Freiza fight in the order that it took them to get there.

I thought the more or less general accepted reason for this was that Ichigo just has an absurd amount of reistu and struggles to control it/use it effectively. The times that he does seem to be able to focus or use his full potential is when his friends are in danger.

It's always been said that Ichigo was a special type of soul reaper stating that he had an enormous amount of reitsu. I think that the reason that they don't show how he is able to go from only using his mask for 11seconds to using it as much as he wants is because he learns to better control it(if that makes sense). That's just what I'm guessing though but I'm only on episode 241 I don't read the manga so I can't offer to much insight"
