His hollowfication evolves pretty simply really

Shinigami + Shit hollow level < When the mask shows up and saves him from a fatal blow
Shinigami + Menos level < The times when he hollows out and beats up Byakuya for example
Shinigami + Adjuchas level < Vaizard class strength, peaking with the full adjuchas type transformation
Shinigami + Vasto Lord level < What he pwned Ulq with, as he was adding what was presumably equal levels of power to Ulqy's "bankai" segundo form, which is presumably a true VL type form... and his innate captain~ level Shinigami powers, which = Ulq got pizzowned.

Kenpachi fights first. Yammy knocks Kenpachi away with a weak punch. In the middle of the fight, Mayuri shows up. He tells everyone he brought a machine that will open a gate to the real world whenever they want. He says to Ichigo that he will be the first test subject to use it. Unohana suddenly shows up and says that she wants to go with Ichigo.

Mayuri says that if Unohana goes she won't know if Mayuri made a mistake. She replies that there won't be a mistake, and that if there is that Urahara will make fun of him. Ichigo yells that Byakuya and Kenpachi can't handle Yammy and are in trouble. Byakuya looks over and tells Ichigo he is a substitute shinigami and that it is his duty to guard his hometown.

Ichigo agrees and Mayuri sends him and Unohana back to Karakura Town.

End chapter.
