Just rehashing the past... but back in the SS arc, when Ichigo faces off against Byakuya on the bridge to Rukia's holding cell, Ukitake mentions that Ichigo looks like someone. To which Byakuya shrugs it off and that little sliver of insight into the world of Beach vanishes. Was there any speculation as to whom Ukitake was referring to?

I enjoyed this week chapter a lot more than usual. The amount of content is still ridiculously low, and power levell all over the place, but it was somewhat interesting to read.

The captains are usually proud of themselves or at least are confident in their own abilities. You think they think they'll have to rely on Ichigo as the only one to take down Aizen?

For some reason I flashed to Evangelion.

How fucking amazing would it be if Hollow Ichigo like ate hollow Shinji or some weakened Vizard/Arrancar and gained it's power. It's no secret this is how hollows move up in power so it would make sense. It would be so badass. Too bad Ichigo would cry a river once he came to and realized he ate someone instead of beating them honorably or some bullshit like that.

They obviously dont believe Ichigo's useless, and it's obviously the way they talk to Ichigo because its how their personalities dictate they do.
