can't speak for him, but it's kind of a lame cop-out. This whole time we've been force fed the idea that gin aizen and tousen are some super-powerful ass kickers, and their big ace in the hole is their vaizard now too? all it does is put them on the same level as the other viazard, and below ichigo since he can go ssj vegeta beast mode.

You expected Tousen to be a badass without vaizard when all we've really seen is his ass get beat by Kenpachi really quick?

I certainly wasn't "force fed" Tousen being a badass...lol. If you were angry that Touson/Gin/whoever having vaizard powers, you should have been mad like....a year+ ago? Pretty fucking obvious since then, imo.

How is tousen possibly being a vaizard such a surprise and source of outrage?
At minimum it's been foreshadowed that Aizen has achieved something better than what the vaizard have when he mocked their transformation as being weak/pathetic.
This implied that Aizen had already experimented with something better. Now since he's never been shown as particularly enthusiastic about self experimentation it's perfectly reasonable to assume that he experimented on Gin and Tousen since if he did achieve something so great the espada's certainly didn't achieve it.
Therefore not only should you have had an inkling that this was coming isk how many months ago with the vizards showed up but after the espada got ganked you should have realized he wasn't bragging about the espada.
