I was trying to wait for the damn TV series to catch up to the manga, but couldn't wait any longer. A lot of epic shit has happened! I was hoping Mr. Fox was gonna kick Tousen's ass, but that's what you get for doing a soliloquy. Tousen was arrogant, and it seems fitting that his vice (who he considered a weakling) ganked him.

It was either going to be Hisagi or Komamura that did him in. I'm kind of glad that it was Koma's bankai weakness that caused his defeat as I'm sure it's not an easy thing to damage.

Hisagi is pretty cool. He should be a captain after all this is done.

I kind of wish Tousen would have killed Komamura to add more losses to the 'good guys.' He's a worthless character anyways.

He's being left alive so he can be the basis for the next arc. It's not going to focus on shinigami/hollow hybrids, it'll be all about shinigami/beast hybrids.
