Training for hundreds of years makes Shinji's power worse when you think about it. If you stop to think about every movement you'd have slow reactions. Training is to make the movements automatic. Basically in high stress situations the human brain overclocks itself while suppressing conscious thought to give better reaction time. Training is to make sure that you do something other than shit yourself when seeing in bullet time.
Even ignoring that random factoid you've got the fact that the several hundred years of training is specifically to enforce those movements you're trying to do the complete opposite of for the first time in 300+ years.
That shit wouldn't work on Kenpachi. He doesn't even bother aiming.

I heard he wasn't sure of what to do with him when he first drew him. He thought about putting him as one of ichigo's human friends but took him out cause there already too many which is why he was there at the original cover. Always thought he was one of the better character designs.

Yeah Kubo said he was just meant to be one of their school friends but never got put in, in the end, but he liked the character design so used him for Shinji later on

you're assuming he doesnt plan on having Aizen run away and continue his plans elsewhere.
he could easily have some other plan, along with many more bad guys to take us into June.

granted aizen/gin still have bankai and hollow form lol

you figure they can spend a couple chapters/good guys on each form the badguys have and it could pan out until june

shikai > bankai > hollow > hollow bankai

then factor in WW. Then probably 5 or so chapters of just talking and explaining bullshit.

Honestly, the first thing I noticed was that unless Zangetsu is double bladed, he can't really swing his sword from that angle and do much of anything, it's a terrible angle of attack D:

Also, Aizen would have eventually figured out Shinji's Shikai given time. Better to be badass and show it off 5 mins earlier. The fact that Shinji was crying like a bitch for Ichigo to hurry up 10 or so chapters ago tells us he can't win no matter what.
