the way i took shinji explaining his powers was that he was trying to make aizen panic and feel fear. Kind of like "here, while all your senses are fucked up, let me tell you how it works so you'll panic even more about it". /shrug.

On another note, seems like some Weekly Shounen Jump fans will be getting a nice xmas present... Next week's Jump is showing up already and so there will be a good chance to possibly see all the chapters early then. And this early issue also marks the return of Hunter x Hunter!! So that is also a great present to some of you.

However since the scheduling around this time is usually a bit messed up.... if things go back on track after this issue, that would mean there won't be a WSJ release for 2 more week since this issue is also an issue that accounts for 2 weeks (double issue). We'll have to keep on eye on how things go there

but who knows, honestly.

I'm sure you just can't see him release it. I remember the reason most of SS was affected by it, because he publicly released it to kill a hollow.

In regards to Aizen's adjusting to the reversed senses so quickly, it makes me think of the fight in naruto of Tsunade + Jiraiya v Orochimaru. I believe Tsunade hits Kabuto a certain way and it makes it so when he tries to move his foot he blinks, and twitching a finger moves his head or something, she basically swapped all his senses around. And within 5 minutes he had already adjusted to it and was able to fight again.

Think it was Unohana's VC who said he gathered all the VCs together to demonstrate his release. This is purely speculation, but I've always thought Aizen was in charge of teaching a class on releasing your Zanpaktou or something so that he'd be guaranteed that anyone who made it into one of the 13 squads saw his release.

here's how I hope how the Aizen v Ichigo fight goes.
at beginning of next chapter, Gin stops Ichigo's attack. Unohana then fights Gin.
3Aizen and ichigo fight for a little bit, with Aizen having the slight upper hand.
Aizen ends up using his release on ichigo and gets him under his hypnosis.
Uber hollow ichigo takes over, immune to the hypnosis, and pwns Aizen.
It wont happen,but 1 can wish!

something somewhere was said about not being able to reverse things she didnt understand. or some garbage like that. w/e the reason for not being able to heal her dead hairpin guy awhile back is probably the reason.
