urahara is cool and all, but after the fight with whats his face, when he pulls out the 'portable gigai' i get this sick feeling kubo is just going to use random inventions to pull urahara out of any trouble he's in, instead of y'know, fighting.

Zaraki is far away my favorite, btw. he shows up grinning and you know shit is about to go down. I'd love a filler about him.

Kubo has said he wants to develop Kenpachi a lot more, sort of as a foil/mirror image of Ichigo.

I'd love to see Urahara do something for a change. It's actually refreshing to see Aizen actually fight instead of just FLASHSTEPSLASHLOLILLUSION like he does to everyone.

I can see how you feel that way, and you never know with Kubo tbh. However, Urahara is definatly more than cheap tricks and slick inventions. I imagine he just toys around with opponents when he's not serious. I mean it was Yammy he was fighting after all...
