The biggest mysteries in Bleach universe is why Urahara gave Rukia the hogyoku, and how Aizen figured it was there. If he really wanted it, he could have went out of his way to kill Rukia while she was on Earth, and no one would have noticed. Or is there something special about the execution that I don't remember.

The point of the execution was to completely dissolve her soul and leave it be, maybe her Gigai made his little hand trick where he fisted her chest not functionable, Idk

Ya he had to dissolve her soul to get the hogyoku. The gigai didnt do anything for his tree branch lookin hand. He hadn't figured out how to use that technique yet. Thats why he faked his death, so he could find the alternate way to remove the hogyoku if Ichigo and the superfriends interfered

Any time anyone ever has a question about Kubo and his direction or lack-of-remembering what his character designs are (Ulquiorra's hole used to be in his neck, then it moved to his chest) there is only one answer: A wizard did it.

Kubo changes the design on everything because not only does he not read his own manga he just changes shit.

I think that you guys are talking about Kirio Hikifune. She was promoted to
Zero Division, which is the Royal Guard that protects the King of Soul Society.

Hiyori looked up to her like a mother figure and that's why Hiyori despised Urahara when he took her place as the captain of the 12th Division. Would be kind of crazy if Kirio was in on Aizen's plan in some way, and he was the one that was able to manipulate SS into promoting her to Zero Squad.

The way I see it, Urahara disappeared from Soul Society and then fled to Earth becoming a fugitive. He used his contacts outside of Seireitei to keep up to date, get new stuff, etc, but why he didn't use them to plan an attack against Aizen is beyond me. Also, while we're on it.. if you guys remember early on, after Ichigo and Co. went to Soul Society, Urahara touched the portal and a barrier or something shocked him -- but that doesn't make much sense since he was never really banished, he ran away. In any case, that point is irrelevant to this theory...

Jump ahead to the start of the story -- Rukia, intending to give only some of her power to Ichigo, ends up giving all of it to him. Urahara sees/senses this, thinks "hey, a Shinigami without their powers means they're temporarily helpless and will need a gigai to hideout -- what a great time to finally hide the Hokyoku without having to sacrifice someone he knows with a high spiritual power (cause let's face it.. Rukia really is nothing but a scrub). Rukia proceeds to do business with Urahara because he seems to be a knowledgeable person on Soul Society with shiney toys and Rukia never had parents tell her not to take candy or trust strangers.

Meanwhile in Soul Society, people think she's dead since her spirit power disappeared, but then Hollows in her region keep dying, so she must be alive. They eventually send the dude from the Grand Fisher fight who sees Rukia, and reports back that all is well. At this point, Aizen realizes what's up, that Urahara (who has designed gigai that hide spirit power) must be present, and concocts his plan to send Byakuya and Renji to capture her. This leads into the Soul Society arc where Aizen uses the Hokyoku as an excuse to feel up Rukia.

Of course, since Kubo is fail, there are some big issues... Like why Rukia was still receiving updates on Hollows to kill. This could be attributed to her phone just detects hollows, etc, but still. The other thing is the fact the dude during the GF fight says the top brass are wondering when Rukia will be back. It can't simply be that the dude reported back that everything was fine and dandy on her end but Aizen still knew to put his plan in motion.

Also, the fact Urahara was on the run implies that no one knew he was in Karakura town and Rukia more or less gave him away. Otherwise, what would stop Aizen from running off to there to get the Hokyoku?

Hitsugaya will defeat Aizen, Gin will admit he was only following Aizen because he knew Aizen would kill him if he did not accept his offer, Aizen rises up from the dead in one-winged angel mode, Ichigo and Hitsugaya combine their powers to make a kawaii black-ice dragon that kills Aizen, Yamamoto has a fatal heart attack and zaraki becomes the new head commander

if some haven't watched it yet. pretty awful, at first i thought they were trying to be funny but at the tail end it got all serious again. So i don't know what to think. It should be halfway entertaining though, for the most part the materialized zankpakutou are interesting and mix things up a bit.

Don't think, "My life alone." If you want to protect something, then strike down your enemy from behind. Even ordinary Shinigamis learn that in the academy. Soi Fon: "...A traitor givin a speech about Shinigamis...you make me laugh."

Aizen: "I once had a teaching position, you know."

Soi Fon: "The one who let you be a teacher is that silly central 46. Because of that we have traitors underfoot."

Aizen: "You shouldn't speak ill of the dead. Speaking of which you're all underfoot as well."

Soi Fon: "I'm surprised. You feel I'm underfoot?"
Soi Fon makes bunshins. (Including herself you see 13 of them.)

Aizen: "...Bunshins? As an exhibition it's well done."

Soi Fon: "It's an honor to receive such praise. Secret Ops is a job that can't receive praise. In return for the honor, I'll finish things off."

Aizen tries to draw out his sword, but ice stops him (?)

Soi Fon: "Nigeki Kessatsu" (2 attack kill)
Soi Fon strikes one more time.

Aizen: "... Amusing technique, but it didn't reach me."

Soi Fon: "What..."

Aizen: "Shinigami fights are reiatsu fights. As you see my reiatsu completely blocked the technique of someone such as yourself ."

Aizen is cut.

Aizen: "...What the..."

Kyouraku: " Careless...There's a shadow coming from the ice..."

Aizen: "Kyouraku...Why you..."
Hitsugaya: "...It's over, Aizen."
Hitsugaya takes a stab.

Aizen sees him. (As expected of youth, if you see a chance of winning, you swing away without any plan. That's your greatest weakness, Captain Hitsugaya.)

Aizen glances to the left...Hirako is smiling...he's released Sakanade.

Aizen: (Dammit!...It's the opposite side!)
Hitsugaya stabs him from the rear.

Is it finally over...!?
