I'm sure there's a way to fix that. Or she could you know.. actually age a little.
Actually. How many months has it been since bleach started? The human characters should be looking slightly older by now.
Aging in bleach makes no fucking sense, don't even go down that road.
Chapter was pretty good. I still <3 Shinji, he jap'd Aizen the way only Aizen can jap people.
Chapter was pretty good, even if we all know Aizen's just lol'ing right now. Still, his shocked face + his "shit" and Shinji's smirk while holding his sword was awesome.
I sort of agree that the Visoreds/Captains are probably attacking the Commander. Why else would it be called 'Blazing Glacier"? Sure ice can burn, but seriously. That'd be a good way to get the Captains out of the fight. "OH FUCK WE KILLED OUR COMMANDER" or something.
Either way, looking forward to the super trollfest in the next chapter.
I don't think Aizen would kill the Commander because he knows where a key is, so Aizen could get it from him. It seems more likely an outcome since the town was replaced with a fake. My guess is Isshin has it and was meant to hide it in the same way Urahara used Rukia to hide the hougyoku.
Yamamoto wouldn't let Hitsugaya of all fucking people stab him, I doubt it's really him.
This shit makes me wonder, how old is Soul Society? To say there were previous Captain Commanders yet Yamamoto is still in the position during flashbacks as far back as a few thousand years makes it old as fuck.
That thing Yamamoto is saying doesn't make much sense considering what he said here

So if he founded the academy, and those 2 were the first 2 captains, how the HELL were there other Captain Commanders before Yamamoto? Did the previous Captain Commanders just solo defend everything with rogue shinigami who trained themselves until Yamamoto made the school? Not that it's impossible if they compare at all to Yamamoto, but still, fucking Kubo...
Again you're reading way too much into shit there's not much consistency in Bleach at all.
I was always just took it as Soul Society being more of a militia rather then a structured army prior to the academy.
I know people are gonna lolfiller, but we had a glimpse of the whole pre-academy dynamic with all the Kouga stuff and the presumed commanders he killed. Then you still had the Kuchiki family representing on the whole nobility front, but the Ginrei was probably grandfathered in as a new captain once the academy was started, too. I'm still kind of wondering where Unohana fits into this, though. She wasn't at all present in the filler flashbacks, but we've been led to understand she'd been a captain since at least Ukitake and Kyoraku's graduation. Also thinking if the 46 came about as a concession for creating the academy, but was naturally full of corruption and all the bullshit that screwed with Urahara and the other vizard.
