Well right now people are trying to piece it together because there are spoilers for Bleach, OP, and Naruto out at the same time and by the username on 2ch by someone who normally provides legit spoilers. Right now, people are investigating if someone got a hold of his tripcode for 2ch and possibly posting as him.

Spoiler is not yet confirmed. It's pending authenticity since Ohana (and not Nja) is usually the one with Bleach spoilers. Nja doesn't really like bleach and quit doing spoilers ages ago.

Next, think logically. It claims that Aizen released right after his hand was frozen either before Shunsui's attack or after he noticed Shinji. That leaves absolutely no time for him to instantly shunpo over, grab Hinamori, throw her in the air, move out of the way, and lulz everyone at once given the way the panels were drawn.

If this is indeed how the chapter pans out, Kubo will lose a good deal of fans just because it makes this entire arc lose credibility it was supposed to have. If all that is left is Yama, Omaeda, Ichigo, Kensei, Hachi, Unohana, and the 1st Lt dude, then you know Yama, Unohana, and Omaeda can't do anything against Aizen... Ichigo's already shown he's a weakling, and Hachi is busy. Kensei is fighting WW. This fight would not only be over, it would be extremely pointless to keep fighting as Ichigo simply is not enough to defeat Aizen and there'd be no way Aizen just owns everyone in one strike and goes to make a key.

I'd wait till tomorrow or Wednesday, when true spoilers are more likely to be posted.

Some people are suggesting that maybe Aizen noticed Hinamori rushing in for an attack and at the last second made her vanish and put her in the way.

To me, the order of time just simply doesn't facilitate him magically finding Hinamori and throwing her in the way in the split second that he noticed Shinji standing there. They're not even anywhere near her.
