What the fuck was the point to the whole Arrancar arc this past 3~4 years if this spoiler is true? Why did Aizen waste the time and effort in creating a useless cast of Espada when he could've easily hypnocockslapped everyone? On that note, when is a situation justified for Yamamoto to finally come in already and just stomp motherfuckas?

Bleach has awesome artwork and that's really all that's carrying it at the moment, plot is so ridiculously retarded.

I'd be ok if Aizen came out and said something along the lines of him creating the Arancar in order to have some shinigami fighting them in HM after Orihime was kidnapped knowing full well Ichigo would go rescue her and some of the shinigami would assist in secret. The point of the Arancar being a diversion tactic in HM could work as an explanation, and also as sacrifices in Fake K Town in order to help him create the King's Key. But yes you are right, he could just avoid all this, Hyptonize all of SS have them in some kind of state where they think the world is fine, and he could have just showed up to the real K town and just created the key without SS knowing.

Really this all goes back to Aizen I think being completely full of himself just as Cell was in DBZ. They have all that power and instead of just completing the plan, they choose to have fun on the way to make it more interesting to them since it would be too easy to just dominate.

last chapter i think. and I took his hypnosis as when he releases his sword with the "break" command, hence why he did a demonstration waaaay back before to hypnotize all of SS. If he didn't need to use his release then he'd just walk around with his sword out all the time and save the hassle.

but then again, kubo etc.

When Ichigo first landed in karakura and attacked aizen, aizens sword was fully drawn and it was zoomed in to the sword on one panel.

Everyone including ichigo could have been hypnotized from the start.

Difficult to tell if that's illusion Hinamori or real Hinamori... but when the chapter's released I guess we'll see.

Glad to see Aizen had to resort to high-level kido to match Shunsui.

Also, would like to at least hope it wasn't as easy as "LOL I FOOLED YOU NONE OF YOU HIT ME" and that Shunsui at least landed his attack.
