Finished watching the new filler episode, it wasn't bad honestly. Started off with the awesome Bleach humor that seems to come up only every 30 episodes nowadays, and the Sword Beast fusing with that Hollow was pretty neat. To say the least it was watchable, which is an improvement over last weeks.

New chapter is on OM, first lol at the comments for the 10 ten bouts. Yoruichi vs Soi Fon, Big Boobs vs Tiny Titties! Words can't describe how I feel about this chapter, this picture says it best

Notice how none of the fights are anything recent except for Ichigo fights. I'm glad it wasn't just LOLSWITCHEDATLASTSECOND and more like "Aizen's probably been using it the whole time since Hitsu first attacked him".

The problem I have is that if Ichigo thought something was up why didn't he say anything (at least to himself) sooner? He was staring intently for an opening and then he waits until they fuck up Hinamori to say anything?

And wtf with Aizen defeating all four captains in a slice? Shunsui went out like a bitch and so did Shinji. I hope they have a little more than just "LOL WE STRONG BUT EVEN WE NOTHING COMPARED TO AIZEN" after all that.

I gotta say, I did enjoy it more than I thought I would and if Kubo's intent was for me to hate Aizen to the point that I want Ichigo to fuck some shit up right now, he certainly has succeeded. In a bad way, of course.

Aizen is a great villain but a terrible character.

idk we really don't know how much time it took them to do that, couldve been a split second for all we know, like how ichigo's and grimmjow's "11 second battle" was a whole chapter

I'm kinda confused. were all the vaizards already under his hypnosis during the turn back the pendulum arc or did aizen secretly release it now?

if they weren't already hypnotized then wouldn't ichigo now be under his hypnosis...?

I guess it really doesn't matter though because kubo will find a way for ichigo to be immune or something.

So the reason Ichigo is like "wtf?" is because he's watching Hinamori manhandle a lot of the captains and his mind is blown at what is happening. Because you know, Ichigo is a moron and it would take him a while to get what is going on.

I know it was spoiled... but I think seeing it actually drawn made even less sense to me. I think it made less sense to me reading it -- I mean, how did Hinamori get there?? The excuse "oh I was always using it" doesn't even work. Was he waving Hinamori around to fight the other captains and Aizen was the one who was actually fighting the freak thing..?

And more importantly... what the fuck has Ichigo been doing while they were fighting Hinamori?? Sitting around like an idiot? Aizen, in the middle of the fight, jumped down to the platform, threw Hinamori into Hitsuguya's attack, and Ichigo did nothing??

Uggg... Kubo is so fail -.-;

It makes some sense, actually. Aizen had his little speech to Ichigo, which makes Ichigo question what he is even doing there. I mean, Ichigo harbors no ill will towards Aizen aside from knowing Aizen is a bad guy. But Ichigo has never been drawn as the "good guy" so some bad guy isn't a big motivator for him. So Ichigo is thinking about this for a second and then all the Shinigami gather up and start shouting stuff and then all of a sudden a fight breaks out among Hinamori and some of the captains and Ichigo, still in a daze, is just going "wtf?" as we saw in this chapter.

And it was shown Aizen is faster than Ichigo can perceive currently, no reason to think he isn't fast enough to make the hypnosis work with attacks and such. And there's noway to know if his hypnosis requires him to be there doing the swinging to counter someone. At least not until it's explained.

I don't think it'll ever be explained because Kubo can rely on "they were hypnotized" as a cop-out for everything...

Also, I think "trying to take over all of existence" or w/e is a good reason for ichigo to fight him...
