    Which is pretty strange, for stories with typically weekly releases, compared to U.S. comics, which often see monthly releases (albeit at 15-20 extra pages of said story).

    The whole story of Soul Eater is garbage now. completely utterly garbage. You'd have to read the last few chapters to understand.

    I used to love Soul Eater, and the soundtrack has some really good stuff on it, but the pacing is slower than Hajime no Ippo, and at least that series has an excuse, going on for like 20 years.

    Soul Eater has turned many off due to its infrequent updates and the Anime going wildly off-course from the manga, despite following it to a decent clip at first.

    I had no idea what the fuck was going on with arachne in the anime.

    Pretty sure I'd rather read more Woli godstomping Ippo than another Soul Eater chapter.

    And this chapter needs to come out already, Aizen trolling can't be taken week breaks like this.

    Yamamoto says he is prepared to destroy everything and everyone there (including himself) to stop Aizen (I guess he's talking about his bankai) as Aizen has stabbed him thanks to Yama. He allowed him to land one attack so that he could grab Aizen's hand and render his shikai useless (as that is its one weakness... apparently if you are holding Aizen he can't use hypnosis on you). Just before he uses his attack, WW appears and blows out Ryujin-Jakka.

    Of course, keeping in mind that WW's ability is to nullify powers... you have to wonder what the point of Kensei saying to Mashiro that masks don't last as long against powerful enemies was... not to mention how much BS you have to swallow when you realize Kensei was defeated off-panel.

    Oh, and Wonderweiss is articulate now.

    Well this just sets everything up for *gasp* Ichigo to be the hero! Aizen's weakness has been revealed, even though you still have to fight a level 99 Aizen with 999 in every stat.... you just have to hold him nice and close and then blow up to kill him.

    inneffective hypnosis =/= nullified.

    that being said, it may be something stupid like it completely nullifies it. I just read it as if you know youre holding onto Aizen, there's no reason to not let go, so there'd be no use in hypnotizing.
