Ukitake had a hand shoved through his chest, so he's down for the count. I'm thinking Shunsui's Bankai will affect everyone, friend or foe, so he can't use it here (or he doesn't have what it takes like Yamamoto to wipe everyone out..). As for everyone else not using Bankai -- I'm going with Kubo hasn't thought of Bankais for all of them~

He was Captain level with access to a Vaizard Mask. The way Wonderweiss appears without him being defeated screams "Kubo just forgot"

Hiyori was a 2nd seat though, and there's "supposed" to be a big jump from 2nd to captain in most cases. And she was against Aizen.
