Yamato didnt need to use his power to fuck up Wonderweiss, so being a bleach character, he wouldnt have used his Bankai until the very end when it was needed, and since it wasnt needed, WW wouldnt have stored any power.

Yamato seems to default to using his sword and wouldn't know WW's ability, so much like he gave those 3 arrancar girls (subordinates of halibel) a "light toasting", he'd try to do the same to WW.

Edit: Unless you're implying that Yamato's attack that was absorbed to be his Bankai. I assumed WW just drew the fire from his sword since it was released.

Edit2: I'm not sure of the extent of WW's ability, so I suppose it's possible if Yamato wasn't using an attack of the level he planned to in the recent chapter that WW perhaps wouldn't get enough. Then, he'd go to using hand-to-hand combat. However, if he can absorb more from the sword just being released, then we have a similar explosion situation.

i know this was said as a joke, but i think this is the case. When he was about to roast everyone around him, yama told ichigo to get away, the excuse being "he's just a substitute soul reaper". I think Yama has something planned for, or knows something about ichigo. He probably jumps on WW because the resulting explosion would have killed ichigo as well. When he was going to burn everyone, he told ichigo to split to save him, when ww 'splodes, ichigo was in danger.

I thought it was the attack he was doing against Aizen that was absorbed, instead of him tapping into his sword, but really, it could go either way.

I'm just arguing out of boredom, it's Bleach afterall.

Am I the only one that thought Grimmjow was a crappy character? There was nothing really special about him besides a cool character design.

Most pointless Espada was Harribel in my opinion. I personally liked Ulquiorra's nihilistic attitude towards everything before it got tossed out the window for the Ichigo fight.

Take it back. Stark was badass... you know.. before his fight came around. Such is life with Bleach, though. You see a character and hear them talk and get hyped about how great they can be, and then the fight just makes you scratch your head and walk away.

I still have no idea what the point of that fight was - both sides were just blowing smoke at each other's dicks and then it was over.

I think Starrk's fight ended MUCH too quickly. So did Shinji and Aizen's.

Does anyone else get the feeling that Orihime is ganna use her powers on Grimmjow (now a good guyish) and then have her and all the captains and Nel and Grimmjow stuck in Heco Mundo go help out Ichigo were Orihime will use her hax powers again on Harribel and Starrk to have them fight against Aizen since he screwed them over by not caring at all?.............................................. ...Or is that just me?

I think it would be pretty interesting to have some of his Espada turn on him if Orihime does heal them and they decide to join up with Ichigo. Also where is Gin yo? WHATS HE DOING?! Is he staring mindlessly at the battle like Ichigo?
