Pfffftttt you guys are crazy.
Isshin hitting Ichigo in the head is the same thing as Itachi poking Sasuke in the head.

Anyone else think Gin is gonna go out like a bitch like Starrk?
Gin has to pull out a mask. It'll be incredibly stupid if Tousen has one but Gin doesn't. Can't see Ichigo putting on his mask till then, maybe before if Gin's mask forces him to go berserk again, but I'm skeptical about seeing that happening again in this arc.
I gotta say that I love the fact that this is a straight-up fight so far. It shows something we haven't seen in forever - no beam spamming, no kido, no super-special espada attacks, just shinigami versus shinigami - prodigy versus prodigy.
I actually like this, because it reminds me of the Byakuya fight.
Man, so awesome that Gin's Bankai can circumsect an 8-mile area with just a swipe. I hope it actually has more to it than that, or he qualifies easily as the most hyped lame character since Starrk.
Gin's hollow mask is going to be the Keaton Mask from Zelda games. >.>
Gin is reaching for his mask in the very last panel.
it'll be interesting to see this part animated. I'm having issues trying to imagine someone swinging a sword that's 13km long.
Am I the only one that jizzes all over his or her monitor whenever Gin opens his eyes?
I don't get why people say Starkk was hyped up way more than he showed. The only reason he lost is because he got beat by someone who LITERALLY came up from the shadows to hit him and had to use some ridiculously broke shikai to do it.
And yes, Gin with his eyes open = win.
I came at this chapter.
Less lame Gin/Ichigo, more awesome Isshin whoopin ass.
I wonder how far from Isshin/Aizen that Gin/Ichgo are, it would be kinda awkward for Gin to accidentally stab Momo while Isshin is fighting her, thinking he is fighting Aizen, who is actually Ichgo, while Aizen is smoking a joint with Kenpachi in the background laughing at everyone.
I suppose the fact that it apparently is weightless, ignores the conditions of leverage, and is arbitrarily rigid over such distances... that doesn't make it cool or anything.
He could literally level a city by twirling around casually, or cut a mountain in half.
