Considering Grim got his shit stomped by a pre-SSJ2 Ichgo, and assuming Gin can AT LEAST do that, since he's Aizen's #2 (or the real bad guy, still up in the air technically)... I'd say Grim would last about as long as Hiyori, and die in the same manner.

If you want to go about it logically like that, kenpachi should only have been as strong as pre-bankai SS arc ichigo, and would've gotten one shotted by nnoitra before he started using the kendo bullshit.

Shounen logic dictates whenever a character is off-panel for an extended period of time, if they are to dynamic entry their next appearance they will be afforded an increase in strength inexplicable until the mangaka deems fit.

Panthion Grimmjow is pretty fuckin excellent, I gotta admit, but Grim has had no real expectation of coming back to be a main character, if anything Kenny is the Vegeta of this show, he got his ass kicked after being unstoppable for the main character, improved his strength off screen, and is a natural counter for the main dude.
