Aizen's goal might be to turn Ichigo into the key (his perfected soul most likely worth more than the entire city). It's not impossible he got distracted and just want to have fun, but he is probably still aiming for the king.
And who the fuck is that kid, I seriously don't remember him from the episode even after reading bleach wiki. Oh well...it doesnt matter. I'm still hoping to see Ishida's father, but it's probably the kid.
