I honestly can't recall ever seeing a really good pic of her in the manga. Everything else has been like fan-made ecchi with her underboobs hanging out and then some. Overall, it's not really much of a deviation even if the underboob was meant to be exposed in the manga. From a practical standpoint, that shit wouldn't stay in place in battle as much as some of us would enjoy that. I dunno. Some things in the Bleach universe kind of contradict censorship, Yoruichi revealing herself to Ichigo and Rangiku's/Shiba's giant racks immediately coming to mind.

Then again, the JPs can be weird about censorship. Show all of a penis except a little black box at the mushroom part? Man, too little, too late, there. >.>
