All of Aizen's "just as planned" talk is a whole lot better if you consider he really didn't plan shit and he's basically just bullshitting and saying he knew what they were going to do, even if he really didn't. Like some little kid who doesn't want to lose. "Nuh-uh, I knew you were gonna do that. You didnt trick me!"

Sadly that's probably not the case and Aizen will be back to normal next chapter. Though he does really look pissed.

Looking back at the last time Aizen was stabbed(momo illusion) makes me wonder if this really is real and not a trick.

/sigh... the plausibility is saddening. Though, I am really, really, really hoping that this is actually a big twist like when Aizen was first revealed as a bad guy, and Aizen will really die.
Ichigo vs Gin finale sounds way more appealing than Ichigo vs Aizen.
It's depressing that if a character dies from a fatal wound it's considered a twist...

If you consider the first page foreshadowing, clearly Gin will be dying soon (ceremonial white robe, lit path to a dark forest).

I may actually consider dropping the manga if Aizen comes back next week with an illusion, especially if it's anything short of bankai or high-speed regeneration which leaves him weakened against Ichigo.

Gin deserves credit though, I hope he escapes or at least tells Matsumoto how he feels.

We all know next week this won't mean anything, just like when Shinji attacked him, just like when Hitsugaya attacked him, and just like when Yamamoto attacked him. That's what makes Aizen so boring. His escapes keep getting more and more ridiculous.

What I'd pay to see is Aizen vs Ichigo. Aizen attacks Ichigo and makes everyone think that he got the fatal blow, only for the next chapter to reveal that Ichigo had a trap card, appears behind Aizen, and kills him.

Yeah, that wouldn't even save this shit.

When i seen the chapter i thought that Gin was only trying to weaken Aizen and not kill him because he did try to stall time or whatever for Ichigo and he had a nice little talk with him whilst testing his metal. I don't think that Gin thinks that he would've actually killed Mr. Mullet.

really, it almost has to be a "ive weakened you so ichigo can kill you" kind of thing. pretty much everyone knew it was coming (except aizen, or so he pretends), so it's not much of a surprise. if it's real and aizen's dead...i don't know, i can't see gin killing off daddy kubo's precious god like that. if it's completely fake and aizen kills gin without being harmed, then...oh yeah, business as usual.
