The poison is disintegration Aizen's cells, that's why he's disappearing. The hogyoku's not because it's not Aizen's cells.

A: Aizen hasn't planned it

A possible outcome is Aizen's death being delayed by the hougyoku for a few hours, but not stopped completely. It would give him enough time to freak out, try to destroy everything around him and fight Ichigo.
