Can't wait until dragon ball kai gets up to the Cell saga. Should be pretty good without all the filler.
They might actually be close. Last I checked, they were up to #17 and 18 waking up.

I hope kai keeps all the same music as the original. I've only seen the dubbed.

They're already awake, curbstomped Vegeta and the crew and flew away. Next episode is Piccolo and Kami fusing I think.

Kai has it's own exclusive soundtrack that's used in both the subbed and dubbed version.

It's pretty good, though. Some of the Freeza saga had awesome theme songs.

If they can put something as cool as Freeza's Kai theme in for Cell, I want them to do it.

That's not to say Cell's english theme isn't awesome, but I want to see what they're capable of doing.

They're going to have a real hard time topping this though:

only 34 episodes of Kai left. Even though the Cell and Buu saga were both about 60% filler, it seems like they might be cutting it close.
did they cut out all the truck fighting in the Vegeta v Android 18 fight? cause all that was filler as well.

The vocals are ruining a lot of the songs for me on the Kai soundtrack.

Where do you guys download Dragonball Kai from? Last episode I saw was Trunks cutting up Frieza and his dad, but I can't remember who subbed it and I don't have anything in my Firefox bookmarks :/

I have that in my google reader, however I also use MAL Updater 2 which automatically tracks and downloads any anime I am currently watching or interested in watching. It's amazing.

I remember this episode so well. It was Christmas time and I was visiting family in Indiana. I ran all the way back to my motel room in the snow from the family's house to watch it. I can watch it a thousand times and still get goosebumps when Gohan starts walking towards Cell blasting him apart little by little.
