I wouldn't call it a mutation, more so that he just 'aged' in the chamber.. growing a little taller and hair getting longer because of no haircuts. Yeah.

Only problem I have with the aging thing is he's technically in his spirit form. Does it mean his living body, which Kon is presumably inhabiting, changed too? Also wondering if it might cause some kind incompatibility when he tries to return to it later.

I think he means mutation as in, while he did age there like a normal person, he also presumably had some coming to terms with his hollow/zanpaktou hybrid persona.

I don't mean he mutated his physical appearance. I mean Ichigo goes to learn a new ability with his sword and comes out a god... meanwhile everyone else who learned their swords abilities and trained for thousands of years can only scratch him.

99% sure that Aizen has always said the full name of Ichigo. At least since right after the SS arc.
