Ichigo loses his shinigami powers, and returns to being orange Ichigo
He falls to his knees, pitching forward

Why are we complaining that Aizen is going to be (hopefully) gone for good? I'm to the point I really don't care how it happened, I just wanted it to happen. Although Ichigo probably didn't need to use the Mugetsu in the end, probably could have just smacked Aizen around until he started to transform again.

I'm not really sure what Kubo hopes to accomplish by both keeping Aizen alive and making Ichigo lose his powers. It's like he can't get his dick out of Aizen's ass.

Its like if Goku spent all that time in the time chamber training Gohan, then, once they get out and fight Cell, he has Gohan self destruct to take them all out.

Honestly after having read some of the fake spoilers earlier this week this isn't that bad. Fake spoilers were reporting Aizen's bankai reversed time lol...

Seriously, this isn't over. Aizen hasn't even used his bankai, or perhaps he cannot now since he "lost" his sword. Perhaps... perhaps that's why Bucket-hat was finally able to do something to stop him - he no longer had access to his sword, or its broken abilities?
I dunno. Trying to inject logic into the place of Kubo's glaring logic-void is difficult.

kubo* needs some way of rebalancing bleach. i mean with aizen the strongest villain that i see no one ever being able to surpass and ichigo getting his momentarily power up things can go back to reasonable strengths.

Probably why Kubo made this fight ridiculously overpowered, with Ichigo losing his powers and/or Aizen dying/sealed he basically hit the reset button with the story.

Make this all a dream. The whole fight was a test of Ichigo's mental fortitude while he trained up his powers in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. The real fight starts next week.
