Wait... did Ichgo just...
Spoiler: show
rukia/ichigo part was poignant, ill say that much. but we all know this isnt final. he's gonna get his powers back eventually. Actually laughed at Yamamoto yelling at the captains, that was kinda funny and out of character.
I always saw Rukia/Renji and Ichigo/Orihime, personally.. especially with the whole 'final kiss' when Orihime went off to Hollow land, but lol. Romance in Bleach is lol.
Bleach in itself has been pretty lol. Haven't taken it seriously since the HM arc began. Hopefully Kubo will timeskip to their graduation, give Ichigo back his powers, and take this time to reboot the series to something special.
This will probably start with Ichigo talking with his dad about his origins, so at least we'll get to see more Isshin. Pity. Never got to find out wtf happened to Kensei, Nel, Mashiro, Nanao, Grimmjow, and everyone else Kubo forgot about.
Given it's going on a 2 week break he may go back and look at stuff. Highly doubt it though.
/sigh I'm so disappointed in Bleach.
I liked some of the last few chapters with Ichigo vs. Aizen but the last one and now this one is just terrible. This story arc should not have ended (is it over right? >.>) like this. I'm glad it finally shows certain characters are alive. I don't know why in the hell he couldn't have taken a couple pages and done it before now. Ugh and Aizen being still alive though. We will never be rid of him. If he comes back and we get treated to more, "just as planned" I'm going to puke. Oh yeah.. so all of the Captains, Vice Captains, the Vizards and a powered up Ichigo couldn't stop him but the 46 judge people.. bah can't remember the name of it right now.. can bind him and stop him from using his powers?!! I tried to give it a chance when it was floundering but the manga has failed in my eyes now. Who knows where it will go now.
Edit: Page 19 was kinda touching but that still doesn't save it.
his dad is going to give him his powers a la rukia in beginning
believe it
probably would be another year for kubo to explain everything that was not explained.
Aizen got weakened when Ichigo used FGT on him, then weakened further when the Hogo "rejected" him, and then pretty much immobilized by Urahara's sealing kidou. So...not that unbelievable that Aizen could do nothing when in front of the Central 46.
This chapter wasn't bad. The end of it made it feel like everything came full-circle with the whole Rukia/Ichigo thing.
I kinda liked this chapter, and am curious where Bleach will go from here as well.
Sealing away Aizen, and Ichigo "losing his powers forever!" are both obviously not going to remain that way though. If it ends up sucking again in the future, at least I can pretend that was the ending.
small hope thats the last of rukia, as she's 100% worthless. Orihime fills the role of damsel in distress enough, bleach doesn't need two.
eeuuuuuuuccchhh.....
This is the fakest fake ending I've ever seen. Forget the many many many many many many maaaaaanymany plot threads left unresolved, if this were really the end of the series THERE WOULDN'T BE A CHAPTER IN TWO WEEKS.
What's so shocking about Aizen having used the 46 to mess with Rukia's execution? He did kind of kill them all and pretended to be them way back win. Only thing we don't know is how long they'd actually been dead. And even then, he could've used KS to manipulate people who'd ask about why they were missing into thinking they were just really, really busy.
are those 46 supposedly all new members after aizen killed the others? I don't remember that being explained.
Can only imagine so. Frankly, the 46 never passed themselves off as having the benefit of SS in mind, and while new blood could possibly remedy that, I don't entirely grasp why it's felt they're a good thing for the place.
The last few pages would have been a good ending to the SS arc... I didn't like the "revert back to how you were before" thing, should have stayed with the long hair. Bleh, w/e.
Welcome to the club./sigh I'm so disappointed in Bleach.
Kubo did the whole *Aizen sentence* just so he could dress Aizen up in bondage right??
I thought Kubo's fetish was wearing sunglasses all the time and trolling the fuck out of his fanbase...
I agree with this, what was the point in having him not only lose all his powers but also having his body (soul?) revert back in time? Seems completely pointless.
Does anyone else remember the commander having his arm lopped off? I don't. Couldn't Orihime take 10 minutes to fix him up? Same with anyone else that got fucked up.
I am somewhat interested in what is going to become of the vaizards and Urahara's crew. Think they will be reinstated to their former positions or at least be able to travel to SS freely?
