Anyway, I liked this chapter. Had decent plot progression, some old faces I wanted to see, and it looks like the story is heading somewhere at a decent clip. I can't imagine how slow this stuff is going to go in the anime, but maybe it'll do like Inuyasha and other manga and just stop for a few years.

I'm thinking the Ramen guy is Aizen's son. It would be a decent explanation - perhaps the Hogo birthed Aizen a clone or heir or something out of his wish to carry his will on. Who knows?
