From the little previews in the open/closing of the anime I can't wait to see the Bleach movie. It's interesting to see the manga writer promote the movie (I've always wondered how close the mangaka and anime people are) unless this manga is being drawn by someone else.

It'd be even more nice if this movie get be somewhat of an official part of Bleach storyline and it gets referenced later in the manga. I mean, you can't just dive into backround of certain characters with how Bleach is currently moving, having things told through a movie seems like a great way to get around that.

hitsugya is the pussiest of all the captains. why the hell does he get his own movie? Zaraki.. now he's worthy of a movie.
and the manga chapter doesnt even make sense. just randomly throwing in a chapter that has nothing to do with anything that has been shown in the last 50 some chapters. now if hitsugya came to hueco, and was about to die or something, probably to Yami, then i could see a reason for a flashback of his. and Flaming Butterfly Boy better die in the next chapter after this gay ass flashback

Leroux was #7, grantz #8. leroux was fighting in like.. 2 chapters, grantz 38. unless theyre ranked just by pure rietsu strength, i'm not seeing why grantz is ranked so low. not to mention... why the fuck is #10 Yammi still alive? he hasnt even been seen since they entered Heuco.
