it did make new questions... Who the fuck was this last shinigami representative and how did he get his powers? And why did SS apparently not care at all that Shinigami were getting killed in the real world by some people with unknown powers? Except they would have had to know because the Shinigami was taking their powers from them, so why have we not heard a word about Fullbringers before?

Didn't that Ginjou guy also say the reason Ichigo would be able to take their powers is because he was able to assimilate both Shinigami and Hollow powers? What does that mean for the previous Shinigami badge representative?

i have a feeling that isshin was the other shinigami rep, when bad guy (forget his name) "killed" him, he only took his powers, which urahara was able to restore over time, hence during the first time we saw isshin fighting urahara mentions how isshin got his powers back and they are now talking secretly

Yeah, while I have no problem with there being other reps out there, it vaguely implies that maybe there are places other than Karakura that could be spirit hot zones. he was a regular shinigami.
and he was last seen during aizen attack I believe. Other than that he's just off somewhere hanging with Grimmjow, Nell, all the vizards and those 2 bodies Mayuri found.


oh and for fucks sake we don't even know if Hiyori lived and if Soifon's arm got Orihime'd. Obviously Hiyori didn't die, but technically we arent supposed to know that.
