I would imagine they need to have something that makes them more durable than a normal person.

Well, they definitely aren't incapable of handling it, since Chad did it in SS arc.

Whether or not they have their own method, I guess we'll find out.

i'd presume he spoke like that to the child because he is a child (kinda of tone to undermine him) but the fullbringers know about everything we do (Shinigami's Hollow's Vizards and Fullbringers) so i'd presume there aware of all the technology they use since the new Aizen has killed a few ex Shinigami's
