I just read back in the manga, mostly because I couldnt remember if their little wooden sword sparring was in it, and I noticed theyre going out of order in the anime. Rukia didnt meet #9 till after chad and ishida finished their fights. I'm gonna guess that fillers are gonna start soon so they wont have renji meet grantz till after the filler. tho that would still leave rukia and possibly chad down for them.

I'm not really sure how they could pull off filler right now, unless it doesn't take place in Hueco Mundo. If they bring Don Kanonji back into the anime, I'm not going to be happy. -.-

I just hope they stick to the manga, and maybe take breaks between episodes if they are worried about catching up to it.

I think it will be a couple months. I believe it takes a few months for them to get it on dvd, and then for it to be uploaded, could be wrong though.

you mean the "pupet" like technique where he could still move even after being his by his sword. by using spirit particles to make like strings or somthing around his body so he could still move it or the glove he wore and broke off

Would imagine it was the glove thing. Since it's technically supposed to dramatically amplify a Quincy's talents briefly at the cost of them losing their powers forever after, I actually doubt he'd run into anyone that'd used it or even knew such an item existed.

mayuri has tricks to stop and start many other cheap tricks (any and all Grants abilities.)
What Ishida did was increase is speed, strength, spirit energy, everything got powered up. we still dont know how strong he actually was at that time, since his 1 serious shot was held back to keep Mayuro alive. Dont see what you can do in a fight when your opponent is several times faster and stronger than you... other than turn yourself into a liquid gel and run away.
